Build the feature collection for a named mask group.

Parameters:

mask_group (str) – A group name supported by geometric_features.get_aggregator_by_name()

Returns:

• fc_mask (geometric_features.FeatureCollection) – The feature collection

• prefix (str) – The filename prefix for the mask group

• date (str) – The date stamp for the mask group
