Advance the frame number (the value of the record dimension) for a variable.

When data is written out one record at a time (e.g. writing simulation data 1 timestep at a time), the record/frame number is advanced by the user before writing out the next record/frame.

Parameters

[in]	file	The handle to the file that contains the variable.
[in]	vdesc	The handle to the variable. The frame number of this variable is advanced by the function.
