polaris.build.omega.get_omega_cime_target(build_dir: str | None) → Tuple[str | None, str | None][source]

Get the machine and compiler that a standalone Omega build was configured for.

Parameters:

build_dir (str, optional) – The root of the standalone Omega build directory.

Returns:

machine (str, optional) – The OMEGA_CIME_MACHINE of the build, or None if it cannot be determined.
compiler (str, optional) – The OMEGA_CIME_COMPILER of the build, or None if it cannot be determined.
