resolution (float) – degrees (float) or face subdivisions (int)
resolution_name (str) – either x.xxxx_degrees or NExxx
combined_filename (str) – name of the combined topography file
dst_scrip_filename (str) – name of the destination SCRIP file
exodus_filename (str) – name of the exodus file for the cubed sphere mesh
